Return Policy

Items that are NOT eligible for return are seasonal/holiday items, used books, sale/discounted items, special orders, beauty products, and gift cards. 

Returns for online purchases: 

We accept returns for 7 days after your order was delivered. Items must be unread, undamaged, and in the same condition they were purchased in. To request a return, first send us an email at with your order number and reasoning for return and wait for an acceptance email before mailing anything back. Once we have accepted the return request, the items can be mailed back to our store at 216 Main Street, Cedar Falls, IA 50613. We are not able to cover the cost of shipping returned items back to us.

Returns for in-store purchases:

For items purchased in our store, you have 7 days to come back to request a return. A receipt is required for returning in-store purchases, with no exceptions. Items must be unread, undamaged, and in the same condition they were purchased in. 

A maximum of two books may be returned per customer per month.
